• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including diamond certificates and accessories.
• Customized or engraved items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
