1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and certificates.

- Final sale items
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
